I got married 6 years back and went into major post marital depression due to cultural differences between both the families. I would try hard but not be able to adjust or please anyone in my new house. There would be big fights regarding the smallest thing and those fights would harm me emotionally to levels I hadn't even imagined. What would be normal for me, was unheard of for my mother in law and vice versa. She was a nice human being but just very different from me. Eventually things got so worse, that I wanted to leave the house or commit suicide. Then with my husband's support I visited Vaidehi for counselling. She heard me out and recommended that I do PLR (past life regression). Something my husband and I, both didn't believe much in, but she convinced us to give it a try. In my first session itself, I spoke so much under her hypnosis, that a lot of my daily issues started making sense to me. I would be worried about things and I developed fear to such an extent that I decided not to have a child as I felt my in laws wouldn't give me the freedom of bringing up the child in my own way. Eventually through the sessions a lot more got clearer and she also would help me learn how to deal with situations post the sessions.
